However, several aspects of the role remained unclear, including the specific day-to-day responsibilities, the number of hires for the new team, and the finalized office location — all of which are significant for relocation and long-term planning. While I felt confident in my ability to succeed in the position, the lack of clarity, rushed timeline, and lower-than-expected compensation led me to decline the offer.
