HR call, Quick Data analysis "case" (Given high level income statement/BS and asked to outline the strengths/risks as well as questions would you as a CEO based on the info) 2 rounds in person (each time with a few individuals in the group)

Question 1
Walk through resume, interest in lending, where did you hear of CIBC, discuss experience, why credit, where do you see yourself in 5 years etc. No technical really.
30 minute in person interview on campus. Had two directors there. Had a great conversation and the hiring team was very communicative. Mine was in the Denver office and the Chicago office was in touch though out the process
Was offered full-time position. Took away position week later leaving me in the dust. Completely unprofessional and you would expect different from CIBC. Would avoid the lengthy interview process. Waste of time and energy for all.
