    Pros

Easy to find a job here because it's a revolving door . Get a job here while you look for a better opportunity .

    Cons

Trading room is a revolving door. Eventually they fire everyone but senior management . Always has an excuse not to pay bonuses. Not a good place to work.

    Advice to Management

Re ny office; Senior managers are hiring the people that they are eventually firing. The trading room is a revolving door. Maybe it's time to judge your senior mangers on the management decisions they are making and putting their Jobs on the line based on how their hires work out. Maybe for every exec VP and down that gets fired you make a rule that an MD and up ( preferably higher than MD) gets let go.
