    Great group of people on my team
    Direct management is great
    Fairly flexible, with WFH when needed
    LOTS to learn, and a lot of opportinity for growth. The bank really encourages internal moves.

    Cons

    Upper-senior management sometimes is disconnected
    Pay isn't up to standard with other banks
