CIC Insurance Group interview questions

Overall average, not too technical, just simple questions, tell me about yourself, team work related questions, how do you solve problems, how do you solve conflicts, are you a self starter

I went there interviewed told to take photocopies of documents and will be trained online . After wastin fare and getting multiple photocopies which was expensive. I was contacted after 2 weeks and was sent the wrong link of training,I was asked who interviewed you. I was then informed trained was done and its either online or physical training . I was then supported.
