Second interview - took 5 different tests : SPEED AND ACCURACY tests

Fourth interview with heads and directors of the bank

If you are the Finance minister, what would you do to improve the finance market in Malaysia?
The interview was face-to-face. The interviewer works in the HR department and was really friendly. The usual interview format with motivational questions and behavioural questions. The interviewer also explained what is The Complete Banker Programme (TCB).

They will ask you a few scenario question. First you need to introduce yourself, walk through your CV then based on your interested position/department in CIMB they will ask relevant questions.

four to five stages, got through to the second stage. IQ test were in the form of games but it was pretty hard and tricky, overall quite an interesting experience
