I attended to the interview as a freshly graduated civil engineer. First interview only had a little tecnical part. Mostly for the know the canditate. It was entry level possition. They proceed with another candidate.

They were kind. The questions they asked made sense. But unfortunately i couldnt receive any feedback. Even tough feedback is negative, they should have said something. I think it is professional and make the candidate not to hope anymore.
