CIRRO interview questions

There was a lack of transparency regarding the remuneration package, which made it difficult to assess whether the opportunity aligned with my expectations. Additionally, some of the questions asked during the interview came across as intrusive and inappropriate, which contributed to an overall uncomfortable atmosphere. The interview setting itself felt tense and unwelcoming. Furthermore, the company’s location is quite remote and inconvenient, especially given the significant distance from central Paris.

I had a phone call with HR, followed by a video interview and an onsite interview. The HR team was very helpful throughout the process. Additionally, you have to work three months in a warehouse as an assistant.
