Was primarily a few questions on what I knew and what I was willing to learn. This was before the pandemic so the process was not that intense but professional. There is a 2 week program and test you have to past to get in however

How am I with interacting with various patient throughout the day
Pretty quick and simple, straightforward questions about your experience as well as some scenario based questions. There are 2 sets of interviews , one with a recuiter and then one on site at a CityMD location that is being recommended to you. However, I've noticed a trend where the location you interview for is not the one you end up placed in or you'll be told a full-time contract but it will end up being a full-time seasonal contract instead.

What is a time where you've made a mistake and how did you correct it ?
went to office and was pleasant experience, not too long. They asked basic predictable questions ie why this job, strengths/weaknesses, how do you handle stress etc. Don't stress too much!

Phone interview with a recruiter, followed by a manager interview at the site, all very straightforward and transparent about working at CityMD. They were very timely and respectful during the entire process
