It was over the phone. Because I don't live in one of the big centers where the interview process takes place the were good enough to do it over the phone rather than me taking time off my regular job to go for an interview.

They asked the usual questions about safety, attitude and situational awareness. How id react to certain things. Fairly friendly interviewers. Overall it was a good experience. I got an offer but declined due to health reasons.
