I applied online. I interviewed at COS in Nov 2016
Interview
I was phoned in to come in very early in the morning for an assessment centre type thing. There were various things we had to do - tag clothing along with some other candidates (although the girl kept mentioning that this part had nothing to do with our ability to tag clothing so I can only assume it has something to do with working in a team). We were then given a card with some potential customers and a scenario and asked to dress them with items from the store. After that was a list which we had to number the most important thing to address to the least important.
I have to say that the women in this particular store seemed very bit chy and were making sly comments to each other while we were doing tasks. Also, the feedback I received had absolutely NOTHING to do with anything they asked me about and seemed like an easy way of dismissing me as a sales advisor.
the interview was relatively short and informal - you were invited to attend a face to face interview at the store with the manager. they asked about past experience and situational questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at COS in May 2025
Interview
Very friendly. The interview process for a Sales Advisor position included an initial phone screening, followed by a one-on-one or group interview focusing on customer service skills, fashion interest, teamwork, and brand alignment.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at COS (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Oct 2024
Interview
We went through a group interview were we were asked to carry out different store-relateds tasks, from visual display to customer adivse. The whole process made sense and was quite entertaining.
