Quick phone call, then 1-2-1 in store. The interviewer were two managers of the store and the interview took place in the office. They just questioned me about my background and ask me why COS?

The interview process was average. It was a group interview so you have to answer questions in front of other people. I also had a style an outfit. It was fun.

It was a assessment setting with a group of people. We went through a series of activities which tested styling, merchandising and teamwork. Assessors prioritised communication and learning as well as flexibility.
