What was your last salary? What type of Design Projects I have worked on? Which Design Softwares I am knowledgeable?
Very informal - almost like a friendly conversation. Questions about my specific experiences and thankfully none of the “greatest strength/weakness” stuff. Second interview was followed by an assessment and tour. Total time spent was about 2 hours.
