CPL Software interview questions

The interview was set up through a recruiter. The interview itself was pretty bizarre. The interviewer did not ask a single question about my experience or what I could bring to the role, just personal questions. I found myself trying to justify (without being asked) why I was qualified for the role since he made assumptions based on my previous employer.
