Interview
The interview was conducted by the owner of the company. He was extremely professional, personable and courteous. The official process was about what anyone could expect for a small organization with a limited staff. There's no HR department and/or additional gatekeepers that you have to pass through which makes everything extremely straight forward. Overall, if an opportunity ever comes up with this particular company I would highly recommend applying for it as it appears to be a great organization with solid values and strong base.
