The interview process was very informal. Never had to go in for a proper interview. I basically got the job because he knew me. Promised me a very laid back job. Which it was for a while but, eventually started hounding employees and started looking for reasons to fire them. I was not even required to fill out an application. Seemed very biased. I did have to go in for a drug screening and see a doctor to take a physical.
