Two rounds were involved in the process:
1st Round - An onsite, with two interviewers; an engineer from the team (I applied for) and an HR manager. Interviewers were very pleasant and polite. Questions were mostly behavioral, motivational, competency and skills based.
2nd Round - An onsite, with three interviewers; the ones from the previous round and a person who seemed to be a manager, or a team lead. In contrast to the first round, this one was very unpleasant. The manager (or whatever his role was at that point) was very arrogant and unpleasant to talk to. He found my academic background to be very amusing and asked completely (role) unrelated theoretical questions simply too imply the lack of worth, compared to other candidates which graduated from more prestigious colleges. Instead of playing this little game of discrimination with him, I picked up the bait and ended up just having a bitter taste in my mouth when thinking about CS Computer Systems.
