I knew someone in the orgaization that could help me into this position and asked for the 1:1 which was granted. They brought me in within a week. Luckily even with a lack of experience they saw my work ethic and have not looked back since. Only interviewed with one person and was approved within a week, and began 2 weeks after approval. This typically isnt the case and interview processes have been said to take over 2 months
