The recruiter caught my Resume on Monster and contacted me. They initially contacted me in Nov, 2009. There was no progress until Dec 2009 because of holidays delay and other reasons. Then the recruiter called me mid-Dec and setup an interview with the client. The client like me and CSC placed an offer immediately.
