CSG Actuarial interview questions

During the interview process, the company admits the pitfalls they are experiencing and asks very specifically how you would overcome them. I do not think there is a real job here, I think they use interviewing as a way to find out solutions to their problems. There’s no other reason why this job would be still available after all this time.

There was a phone interview and in-person interview. The phone interview was with the owner, Bryan Neary. I then interviewed with four people in person: two owners and two FSA's. They asked me about my family life and we talked about if my skills were sufficient.
