Interview
I initially applied for their management training program. I got an email back saying I was too overqualified, and to apply for an assistant manager position instead. I went ahead and did that on their website. I got an email back with them wanting to schedule an interview. I replied back with dates, but never heard back, even when I sent an email stating that I was still interested in the position.

Interview
Very laid back, the center manager was nice and informative about the job description. He was professional and nice. However, the waiting period took longer than anticipated. I contacted them and a few weeks later, they contacted me offering me a job other than what I’d applied for.

Interview
That mus have been the most terrible interview I had. Trust me, I got a job after 2 panels interviews. They only asked me 12 scenario questions. Nothing else! No questions about my experience or about what I want to accomplish in my role if I get selected. The manager is new and in her small bio, she mentioned that she does not have any management experience and it shows. Too bad because I have more than 15 years of management experience and 10 of those years at the blood bank. Maybe they would have found more bout that if they would have asked me.
