Name one time you've had to use team work to achieve a goal.
One-on-one interview with the location manager was super smooth. Simple questions about experience and availability. You can tell they are looking for responsible, reliable employees that will treat all donors with respect and kindness.
A set of situational scenarios, a lot of "tell me about a time" or "what would you do if?" Interview was over the phone as it was in the beginning of 2021.
