The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CSSS de la Montagne (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2011

Interview

It was standard phone interview, followed by a 2:1 panel interview and administrative tests two days after. The interview and skill tests took around 2 hours and half in total. The interview involved some general behavior/attitude questions, previous employment history and motivation questions such as why do you want to work at our CLSC.
