It was easy to get the interview. The interview itself felt cold and unwelcoming. There were ridiculous questions, and I felt as if I was being interrogated. I knew right away it was not somewhere I wanted to work.

You are interviewed individually & then by a panel. In some cases you actually get interviewed by the person that you are replacing. This company is very thorough to ensure you are going to be a good fit.
