I lately applied online for an Analyst position at Cadmus Group LLC and about days later received an email from recruiter. The wanted to arrange a phone interview for about 30 minutes.
Great! Recruiter was super kind and defiantly gave a lot of information about the company and potential growth. Very flexible as well and phone screen was camera off which helped the nerves.

A short call to describe the position and ask about how your experience and skills align with the position. Then there was an interview with two people for about an hour that went more in depth on the position.

How do your skills and experience align with the position?
Very straight forward. There were two interview sessions with individuals across the teams I would be working with. Each session lasted around 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes. Questions were based on research and project management experience.
