    Interview

I believe this process to be rather inconsistent. Many of the people that conduct interviews are at the peer and below level, often with little experience, who will thumbs up anyone with a pulse. Consequently the conversation merely confirms bullet points on a resume rather than identify candidates that are able to perform at a competent level.

    Interview Questions

    • I didn't receive any unexpected or difficult questions during the panel interviews.   Answer Question

I applied online. I interviewed at Cadmus Group in March 2013.

    Interview

The recruiter provided me with the wrong time, so I arrived 'late' for the interview (at least in comparison to the time provided to my interviewers), and, even though I contacted all people involved, I received no communication concerning the status of my candidacy following the interview.

    Interview Questions

    • No unexpected questions. Almost everything revolved around linking my resume to the job description.   Answer Question

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cadmus Group (Waltham, MA) in April 2016.

    Interview

One very brief screening interview over the phone. Mostly spoke about hiring timeline with the recruiter. One phone interview that was very standard and a Skype interview that was also fairly standard. However, after the Skype interview they did ask me to complete an excel and writing assessment. It pretty much just felt like a really quick school assignment.

    Interview Questions

    • They ask about your previous experience and why you applied for the position. Also, what you imagine the position you're applying for will be like both in terms of the big picture and the day to day.   1 Answer

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cadmus Group (New York, NY) in April 2014.

    Interview

Face to face interview after phone screen. The phone screen was to make sure that I understood that consulting is not the same as being an employee and that I was willing to work the 44+ hour work week.

The face to face interview was several hours and I interviewed with more than 5 people overall. They were testing to see how I would do on many different projects, and it was a pretty easy interview.

    Interview

The initial phone screening consisted of me explaining my résumé/background with an occasional question during along with a few questions afterwards. It was about 15 minutes. I didn't make it past this interview, but was told there would be a technical interview afterwards if I did.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Cadmus Group.

    Interview

Multiple points of contact with employees at the company prior to interview. Brief phone interview with HR on the phone. Did not get the job. HR left me a voicemail to say I was not being hired, and no other employees who I was in contact prior to the interview would respond back to my messages. As a former Intern of the company I felt they could of at least been courtesy enough to call me on the phone and explain why I was not getting the job.
