Cala Health interview questions

Went through 3 rounds of interviews over the span of a month anfter being told it’d only be 2 and got ghosted after the final round interview even after sending a follow up email. Save your time and interview with a real employer who’s actually hiring.

Interviewed with several people from different levels and functions of the org. They shared why they chose this company and what they enjoy about it. Also shared some of the issues that they are experiencing that this role would be able to help with. It was great to hear from different functions. There was a consistent theme of team work, being patient focused and good culture.
