3 Phone Interviews with different developers asking series of questions testing my knowledge of the .NET technologies, and to gain understanding of my experiences as a developer. Discussed a lot about my education, wanted to know how I learned, and what I would do if presented with obstacles. I would have had in person interviews had I made it farther but I didn't get a call even though I was told they would be in touch to schedule a time to do some programming in front of the development team.
