    Interview

3 Phone Interviews with different developers asking series of questions testing my knowledge of the .NET technologies, and to gain understanding of my experiences as a developer. Discussed a lot about my education, wanted to know how I learned, and what I would do if presented with obstacles. I would have had in person interviews had I made it farther but I didn't get a call even though I was told they would be in touch to schedule a time to do some programming in front of the development team.

    Interview

The HR will run after you till the interview is not done. After that you will run after her to know the status of that round. Repeated mails to check the status of your applications wont help. I have given more than 10 interviews but their process really sucks. Avoid getting interview at this company, coz if someone is not at all responsible to tell you the status of your interview, how can you rely on him even if they have offered you the offer letter.
