I applied on LinkedIn and a recruiter reached out via LinkedIn about 2 days after I applied, requesting a 30 minute Teams interview via Calendly. The first interview was straightforward. The recruiter asked me the same day to interview via Teams with the hiring manager the next day for 30 mins (lasted about 45 mins). Within a few days (about 2 or 3 days) the recruiter asked me to come onsite for a in-person interview, for an hour. I went onsite the following week for the interview. The interview lasted over 2 hours. I met the hiring manager, another HR team member, and the Facilities Operations Manager. I thought the interview went well although I felt "pressed" for questions a few times. I asked my questions throughout the interview. I didn't save them all up until the end. I I sent thank you emails to the hiring manager, operations/facilities manager, and recruiter the same day expressing my continued interest in the role and to confirm next steps. No reply was received. I followed up 1 week later by sending an email to just the recruiter, no reply, then again the next week to just the recruiter and there was no reply. Finally, I emailed the hiring manager (more than 3 weeks after my final interview) and then received a generic disposition email from their ATS. With all that being said they requested multiple interviews, which I completed in a quick turnaround time, there were all very nice but then I felt ghosted. It was slightly frustrating that they couldn't even reply to one of emails and and say they would keep me posted on next steps, or they were interviewing other candidates, etc.
