California Civil Rights Department interview questions

One of the WORST interviews I have ever. The panel was not sure about their answers and replied differently. They are not organized for what they want and looking. They put all kinds of things that an accountant can do in one duty which is more than two pages. Also, they do not care about your knowledge and experience and they care about your managers or supervisors. They are not trustable for working.

It was a panel of three. They weee easy to talk to and I was made to feel comfortable. Questions were based on duty statement. Interview was comparable to other state interviews.
