Interview
Extremely casual. I submitted my resume and then had a brief phone call with the person who I was replacing. Then I went in for my in-person interview. I was interviewed by three employees including the owner and I didn't feel on edge or as though I was being "prodded or tested". It's a smaller company so they really want someone who they can get along with and will come and do their best.
