easy interview they asked about knowledge of company and ask about previous customer service experience. some talk about what the job entails but they have a full training program so they assured that no previous experience was requires

Just went in had a conversation about the over all job and then I went to explain about my qualifications and afterwards I read a script and done. Afterwards it took them a couple days until I was able to get the joc concluded.
