I recently interviewed for a senior embedded SW engineer position at Calnex Solutions, and found the process to be well-organised and professional at all stages.
I had the opportunity to meet people from engineering, project management, the tech VP and HR. The interviews were thorough but fair, and both technical and soft skills were covered comprehensively.
Although I ultimately decided to pursue an opportunity that was a better fit for me at the time, I came away with a very positive impression of Calnex. It is clear they are a company that care deeply about their people and their products.
