Applied online; set up interview via phone because of distance. They called and asked four questions as a panel with silence in between - they were preset HR questions which they offered to repeated but with little to no elaboration.

What is the main difference between NEPA and CEQA?
Very extensive and very comprehensive interview. There is a writing section and a panel interview. It does take a while to get a call for an interview. Definitely need to study for this interview.

Interview
Webex interview with a panel of three senior environmental planners at Caltrans. They all seemed to be very serious prior to the interview, so I felt a bit intimidated. After the interview was complete they opened up a bit.

4. There is a project getting stalled by someone involved, how do you try to approach facilitating the project?

Interview
Had 2 interviews. 1st was over zoom then the second was in person. Very relaxed and casual interview. Great people to talk to. First interview was more thought based and second interview was more about who you are.
