Calvary Chapel Church interview questions

When applying the church really wants to know what your relationship is with our Lord Jesus Christ. They will ask you if this is your home church and how many times a week you are in fellowship. They want to know how you came to know the Lord and what your theological beliefs are. They also want to know why you want to work for the church.
