Interview process went through 3 rounds. One at HQ and two at branches. First was with senior manager at HQ. Appearances can be deceiving at this company - insincere and very little regard for those who work on the floor in the branches. Seen as expendable. Annual staff turnover is just over 50%

Interview
Short, basic, no big preparation is done from HR side. Had to wait 30 Minutes after Appointed Time. No great intro what is it all about. Explained that there will be a great Training Program, what never has communicated afterwards. Duration of Interview 30 Minutes.
