Financial Instability: Reliable reports from former staff indicate that the school frequently defaults on monthly payments, leading to severe financial insecurity for employees.
Deceptive Onboarding: The recruitment process is characterized by extreme urgency and a failure to provide clear, legally binding terms regarding salary disbursement dates.
Professional Reputation: The institution’s negative reputation in the educational community has resulted in a volatile work culture where staff morale is depleted due to chronic mismanagement.
The whole interview lasted 7 min total. That included them walking me through the office, into the warehouse, up a flight of stairs, and into another open office area. The interview took place in an open area. I was asked 3 questions and then told that they were just screening at this point and that I could exit through the door I came in through. Did not walk me out through the maze or thank me for taking the time to come down for an interview that should have been done over the phone.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Camp David (Overland Park, KS) in Jan 2011
Interview
This is a small company, and the I.T. team consists of 2 or 3 employees. After a great interview with the IT "manager", I was promised contact back the next week and I heard nothing. I sent an email a week later and got no response. This is an unprofessional company whose IT manager doesn't understand the hiring process. I'm glad I didn't get an offer. The professionalism you see in an interview is exactly what you'll see after your employment.

No questions were difficult. I don't think the IT "manager" was serious, or qualified for his position.
