Canadian Franchise Association interview questions

The interview process was as folllows: 1. Phone interview (10-15 min) 2. Panel interview (approx. 30 min] The process was relatively simple and efficient and they communicated primarily via e-mail.

There needed to be an overview of the role, the company, and the interview process; however, they jumped right into questions, bouncing back and forth without a clear format. Questions out of context and inappropriate were asked in the prescreening of the role, like "do you have any little ones." At the end of the interview, I was told I would be contacted by someone early the following week "either way." Instead, I never heard anything back from anyone.
