Run through previous work experience, good and bads etc. Testing on your French language skills might happen, but speak with your interviewers about that in the earlier stages. It's pretty easy, know the basics about everything in the job description, nothing will be too in depth.

I was interview by a panel made up of people from several branches looking to hire from a pool of qualified candidates. The interview was conducted in a fair, open and relatively informal fashion. The panel took turns asking questions that were pre-prepared. Each candidate was asked exactly the same questions.
