Canadian Natural Engineer In Training (New Grad Program) interview questions

Applied internally while working as a summer student. Had the interview near the end of summer. Interviews by VP and someone from HR on site. Asked basic personal questions. Strong emphasis on the importance of field experience. There were presentations from previous participants about new grad program. Ranked top choices for discipline would like to work in but was not given offer in those areas. Received offer before school began and was given very short amount of time to reply.
