Duties

• Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and test software applications across multiple platforms.
• Contribute to the creation of web applications using front-end technologies such as React, JavaScript, and Express.js.
• Assist in building scalable backend systems utilizing Ruby on Rails, C#, .NET, Java, Python, and SQL databases like MySQL and SQL Server.
• Support the integration of RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage version control using tools like GitHub, SVN, and Git to ensure code integrity and collaboration efficiency.
• Gain exposure to cloud services such as AWS and Azure for deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
• Learn about IT infrastructure components including Linux servers, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and application deployment pipelines.

Experience

• A recent graduate or final-year student with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of software development principles and experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, C#, or Python is preferred.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks like React or Express.js is advantageous.
• Knowledge of database management systems including MySQL or SQL Server is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as GitHub or SVN will be beneficial.
• Enthusiastic about learning new technologies such as Quantum engineering concepts or RESTful API design.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
