CandyCo interview questions

The interview process for this company leaves a lot to be desired. To get hired, you must first work through a temp agency for 500 hours, which is already a lengthy probationary period. Even after completing those hours, it can still take several weeks to a month before you’re officially brought on as a full employee. Once hired, there is no formal onboarding or training process. New employees are expected to immediately know company policies — many of which are constantly changing or not clearly defined at all. This lack of structure and communication creates confusion and frustration, especially for those genuinely trying to learn and succeed within the company.
