HR screening for 30 mins. talked about basic profile and qualification including prior experiences. It was a nice and quick conversation to know about the comapny and the position. They said that it will take about two weeks for the next steps.
Completed three interview rounds but was not selected due to H1B sponsorship requirements. In the third round, the team was impressed by my resume and experience, though their initial impression did not fully reflect my qualifications and potential.

The interview process was wonderful. I met with team members who introduced themselves. We went over portfolio and experiences. Overall the process was amazing. What went from a positive experience turn into a negative one. I went from consistent communication to eventually being ghosted. I went through a total of 5 interviews in various forms for 8 months. Talk about time being wasted!
