he incicado una nota negativa por el tiempo requerido en este proceso, que no me parece adecuado para todos los puestos. muchas preguntas por escrito son poco relevantes para muchos puestos senior

Long ,8+ interviews. Written essay, and 3 pages questions, 3 interviews, 2 with senior and VP levels. Discussed about data analysis, support handling, and expectations.
Went through all the process did not get a feedback.

Real life examples on how to handle technical and difficult situations
It was long and they asked too many questions that was not releative to the job such as highschool scores etc. Overall I think they should change the way they do recruitment.
