Interview
I interviewed for the life sciences division as I was finished up my advanced (non-MBA) degree. Interview process was 2 rounds. The first was 2 interviews with Capgemini managers on campus at business school (Berkeley/Haas) - for each there was some behavioral/fit and then a case. Second was 4 interviews with Capgemini managers/principals/vp's in the South San Francisco office - 1 of these was focused on fit; I received 2 or 3 cases in total for this round. Nothing too finance-heavy. No surprises and pleasant experience. The SSF office is located just south of SF, right off hwy 101, and has open layout (open seating at tables, very collaborative/spacious/modern) surrounded by windows.
