Two stage interview, Senior Manager and then VP. Senior Manager was a CV run through with the occasional deep dive for further info on certain areas. The VP was a culture fit conversation. Overall, it was a great experience. The interviews were conducted in a relaxed but professional manner and gave me a great impression about the company.

Applied through a recruiter. Some questions were a bit strange such as your biggest failure in your career. Also when I was talking about the company as I did quite a bit of research the interviewer wasn’t so interested and said something along the lines of ‘this is all on our website, what makes us different?’. He just seemed arrogant from the start so I knew going forward it wouldn’t be so great. I could just tell they say they are collaborative but it seems they work long hours and can be quite rude and arrogant.
