I believe it is pretty standard for Capgemini and Capgemini Invent. There was an initial call with the recruiter where we discussed very generic stuff, and following that there was an interview with the hiring manager. If successful with the hiring manager, there is a final stage which is a panel interview.

Overall three interviews with very structured process. I had to postpone my last interview on short notice due to private emergency and they were really understanding and it did not impact the outcome of the process at all.

Interview was done in a short time period of 3 weeks which includes 3 rounds L1, L2 and HR round. L 1 is purely technical round and ask technical questions and L2 is technical plus managerial round
