Interview
The interview was quick and painless, in two stages, first being the phone interview and the second the one-to-one. Capita usually hires a large amount of people towards the end of the fiscal year to comply to requirements, so there were a bunch of people being interviewed.

The interview questions were absolutely basic and revolved around my experience. A part of interview was in English to test the English skills.

Interview
Quick and easy. Contacted by recruiter and interviewed within one week. Questions were the standard ‘Tell us about yourself’ and ‘Why did you apply for this position’. Both interviewers were very friendly and chatty.

Interview
I sent in my resume a week later I got a phone call asking to come in. The interview process was very easy, as long as you had a positive attitude they would hire you. Just to prepare remember to go and look at the history of the company. Depending on the position it might be a bit harder. When it comes to an accounting position you would need to know basic accounting terminology. When it comes to benefits we would get a 50 PLN per month to a store of our choosing or a membership to the gym.
