Straightforward and simple format with the typical questions you would expect. Took about 20 minutes, some getting to know you chat and then interview questions. Interview was one on one, job offer made immediately once interview was finished.

Problem solving questions, maths skills, linguistic capabilities, previous experience were talked through and thoroughly checked. Nothing out of the ordinary, fairly quick overall compared to other interviews I have had. Conducted online or in person - as per preference. Pay is discussed.
