First interview was no more than 5 minutes.
So desperate for employees that the HR manager did not even take a look at my resume.
They have no real offices so during the second interview process, employees walked right through where it was being conducted.
There is no receptionist to assist you.

Open Communication! I have never been a part of such a transparent interview process. They really took the time to make sure that I understood all of the expectations of the position, and even the advancement. When I started on my first day, there were no surprises and I knew exactly what to expect. More companies should do this!
